Batch Content Creation

Your brand is growing, but your content creation isn’t keeping up. This case study shows how a single day of professional content production helped a wellness entrepreneur create three months of consistent, high-impact content.

Case Study - Bearwood Yoga

Bearwood Yoga aimed to improve its social media presence and promote its yoga and Pilates classes while easing the burden of posting from its staff. Located in Bearwood near Birmingham, the studio now utilises my content creation service every three months. We dedicate one or two days to focused photography and videography to collect visuals for upcoming months. I then use these images and videos to produce content for social media, advertising, and the Bearwood Yoga website.

PLANNING & IDEATION

We began with a full audit of Bearwood Yoga’s website and social media presence. From there, I worked with the studio owner to define how the studio should communicate with current and prospective members — shaping a clear tone of voice and a visual style that reflected its professionalism.

With over 75% of Bearwood Yoga’s members following the studio on social media, we saw an opportunity to create content that would serve the existing community and attract new clients. A key goal was to keep members both informed and engaged.

Photography + Videography

To bring the new visual identity to life, we focused on high-quality photography and video featuring Bearwood Yoga’s teachers — both in the studio and at recognisable local locations.

This approach helped the studio stand out from competitors who often rely on informal content, and positioned Bearwood Yoga clearly as the go-to place to practise in the area. To keep content fresh, we hold a batch content creation day every three months, capturing updates to the studio, the teaching team, and a series of pre-planned videos.

CONTENT CREATION & posting

Once the shoot is complete, the content is used to create a full library of assets for use across Bearwood Yoga’s social media, website, and marketing channels. We focused on a mix of daily story posts, grid posts, and reels — helping keep members informed while attracting new ones.

Each piece of content is scheduled in advance, so studio staff can focus on teaching rather than posting. Within two weeks of each content day, the studio also receives a bank of visuals ready for use in promotions, events, and website updates.

RESULTS

Over the past year the batch content creation has worked remarkably well for Bearwood Yoga. The studio now has more than double the number of active monthly memberships and drop-in clients, meaning classes are better attended and there is an increased sense of community. Social media following has more than tripled, with the vast majority of followers being local to the studio and having an interest in yoga.
